Most of our work is varied — one week you might be building a React frontend, the next you're setting up a deployment pipeline or working through a UX problem with a client. We're a small team, so everyone gets involved in decisions that matter. That's the upside of small.
We work mostly async. We don't have daily standups or mandatory office hours. We trust people to manage their own time and communicate well. In return, we offer flexible schedules, real ownership over your work, and clients who are genuinely engaged.
